Accessing Your rayman Transaction History
Open rayman on your phone or computer and log into your account. Navigate to the menu—usually a three-line icon (hamburger menu) on mobile or a top-right corner profile dropdown on desktop. Select "Transaction History" or "Account Statements." The page loads your last 30 days of activity by default. You'll see a list of rows, each showing a date, time, transaction type (deposit, bet, cashout, bonus credit), amount, and status (completed, pending, cancelled).
Each row is clickable. Tap or click a transaction to expand it and see more detail: your live game studio name (if applicable), the dealer name, the exact amount wagered, the odds or payout ratio, and the settlement time. For deposits, you'll see which payment method you used—for instance, "ShopeePay Deposit" or "e-wallet Virtual Account Transfer." For withdrawals, you'll see the destination account and any reference number assigned by our back-office.
Filtering and Sorting Your rayman Transactions
Above the transaction list, you'll see filter buttons. Use these to narrow your view by date range, game category, or transaction status. For example, clicking "Live Casino" shows only blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and Dragon Tiger sessions. Clicking "Sportsbook" isolates your Liga 1, Piala AFF, MotoGP, and esports bets. Clicking "Slots" filters to Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Fortune Tiger, and similar games.
Below the filter row is a sort dropdown. Select "Newest First" to see your most recent activity at the top (default), or "Oldest First" to scroll back chronologically. You can also sort by "Amount Highest" or "Amount Lowest" if you want to spot your largest transactions quickly.
Date filtering works with a calendar picker. Tap "From" and "To" to set a custom range—useful if you're reviewing your activity during Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, or any other period. We allow you to go back up to two years in your history, so you can audit your entire rayman account if needed.

Understanding Transaction Types and Statuses
Your rayman transaction history labels each entry with a clear type. A "Deposit" means money entered your account via mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, or a bank transfer (online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment). A "Bet" or "Game Entry" is money wagered in a live-dealer session, sportsbook event, or slot spin. A "Cashout" or "Withdrawal" means money left your rayman account back to your original payment source. A "Bonus Credit" shows promotional funds added to your account—for instance, a sign-up offer or a reload bonus during Imlek celebrations.
Each transaction also carries a status. "Completed" means the action finished and your balance updated. "Pending" means we're processing it—this typically happens with bank transfers or withdrawals under review. "Cancelled" means the transaction did not go through; your money was returned to you or held for a retry. "Failed" appears if a payment gateway rejected the action (for example, insufficient balance on your online payment wallet).
- Deposit statuses: Instant methods (e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment) usually complete in seconds. Bank transfers may show "Pending" for a few minutes or hours, depending on your bank's processing time.
- Bet statuses: Live-dealer results settle when the game ends (dealer stands in blackjack, wheel stops in roulette, etc.). Sportsbook bets settle when the event concludes. Slot spins settle instantly.
- Withdrawal statuses: Most withdrawals complete within one business day. Bank transfers may take longer if processed outside business hours or during holidays.
Downloading and Exporting Your rayman Records
At the top of your transaction history page, look for a download button (usually a down-arrow icon or labeled "Export"). Click it to download your transactions as a CSV file, which opens in Excel or any spreadsheet app. You can also print the page directly—use your browser's Print function (Ctrl+P on Windows, Cmd+P on Mac) to save a PDF of your visible transactions.
We recommend downloading your records monthly for your own records, especially if you track your betting activity for personal budgeting. The CSV export includes all columns: date, time, type, amount, status, game/event name, payment method, and settlement amount. You can filter or sort this spreadsheet on your own computer without logging back into rayman.
Resolving Missing or Incorrect Transactions
If you expected a deposit but do not see it in your history, first check the "Pending" filter—it may still be processing. If you deposited via bank transfer (e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, or online payment), allow up to one business day for the funds to appear. If you used e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, or online payment, the deposit should land within seconds; if it does not, refresh your browser or app and check again.
If a bet or game entry shows in your history but your account balance did not update as you expected, it may be because the bet is still in play—for example, a live roulette wheel has not finished spinning, or a sportsbook event has not concluded. Reload your account page and the balance will sync once the game settles.
If a withdrawal request shows "Pending" for more than 24 hours, or if you see a duplicate transaction, contact rayman customer support. Provide your transaction ID (shown in your history detail) and the approximate date and time. Our team will investigate and either confirm the transaction completed or help you recover the funds. Common solutions include correcting a bank account mismatch or reprocessing a failed withdrawal to the correct destination.
